We are aware of recent administrative rules and regulatory enforcement efforts taking effect on July 31st that attempt to unilaterally restrict legal consumable hemp products without legislative approval.
We want to make our position unequivocally clear:
We respect and obey Texas Law. True state law is created by elected representatives in the Texas Legislature and signed by the Governor. Unilateral rule-making by agency bureaucrats or rogue political agendas that bypass the legislative process do not carry the authority of statutory law.
We stand up for Texas small businesses and consumer rights. Arbitrary regulatory shifts that target law-abiding businesses without legislative authorization undermine the rule of law and harm hardworking Texans.
Our doors remain open. We will continue to safely provide 100% compliant, third-party tested, adult-only (21+) hemp products to our customers, adhering strictly to the standards set by the Texas Legislature and Executive Orders signed by Governor Abbott.
